Ganesh's healthcare career has focused mainly on the health insurance and hospital arenas. Initially he worked as a hospital consultant specializing in strategy and cost containment. Ganesh also worked for Arizona's Medicaid program. He was a consultant for a national research and strategy firm that focused on Medicaid programming. Currently he works in Strategy, Product, and Marketing for one of the largest health insurers in the United States. In 2006, Ganesh enrolled at W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University to pursue his Masters' of Business Administration and Health Sector Management. This is where he met James and they developed and launched The Arizona Health Report in order to provide valuable healthcare information to all Arizonans.

James has been involved in the clinical and practice management aspects of healthcare for 19 years. He has owned and operated numerous chiropractic and medical clinics throughout his career as well as practicing chiropractic. Since August of 2007 James has been the executive director at an integrative pain management clinic in the East Valley. In 2006, James decided to return to school to pursue a Masters' in Health Sector Management at the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where he graduated magna cum laude in May of 2008. This is where he met Ganesh, a like minded individual, and they came up with the plan to launch The Arizona Health Report.
